First of all, I have bought 2 houses and have done 2 refinances with Josh Klenda dating back to 2005 and there is no one else I will ever go with. This last refinance I did I was about to do it with NewDay and if it was for me sending the loan estimate to Josh I would have not know that NewDay was about to do me without using Vaseline. Josh had told me they were charging me over 22k in fees and that is why I was only getting around $250 back at closing. If I could be the spokes person for Smart VA loans, I would steer every veteran clear of all the companies that claim they are here to help and take care of Veterans. They only care about themselves. Josh has always taken care of me and my best interest. No need to look any further. If you have come across Community First National Bank, stop right there and ask for Josh Klenda and when you start the process with him ask him for the opt-out email because if you don't do it you Will get bombarded with phone calls for everyone in their mother trying to get you to go with them saying they have the better rates. On the first day NewDay ran my credit report I received 99 phone calls, second day 86 and so on to the point I still received calls the day of my closing and they still told me I had 72 hrs to go with a new company. Save your sanity and opt-out before your credit is run so you don't get all those calls.
